• Fees are negotiable and based upon the complexity of a client's needs.

• Typically we let the client determine the fee based upon their benefits.

• We do not charge on volume of banking transactions.

• We can create a company in The Bahamas and secure private banking in as little as ten working days for a one-time setup fee of $25,000 USD. This includes all Bahamian government costs and fees. 

 

• After the free, no cost initial consultation a $5,000 USD retainer is required with a success fee and final payment of $20,000 USD once a company is created and a separate private banking is obtained. The client can select the financial institution of their choice. ATM cards are provided to the client.

• We typically do not charge administration or monthly fees.

• Once the company is created and banking is arranged, the client can manage every aspect of their assets and wiring from their jurisdiction via our secure Bahamian server. ​
