• Every client has continuous, full access to their funds at all times. Equity Plus creates the structure and then transfers control back to the client via irrevocable powers of attorney. For legal and compliance reasons, all documents are registered under the name of the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) that holds the client's assets and funds. The client chooses the name. Equity Plus will also create a website with a dedicated email for the client.

• The client can choose their financial institution and location of preference that holds the funds of the offshore corporation. The financial institution can be in any country such as Switzerland, England, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. The client maintains full control of the funds and has the complete liberty to withdraw or wire funds into and out of the bank account at any time.
